The hotel has three outdoor swimming pools (2 pools with a water park) and a central pool with a sunbathing area and sun loungers.

You can enter and leave the hotel at any time of the day and night. Our reception is active 24 hours a day.

At Bakour Lanzarote Splash Hotel we do not accept pets.

The hotel does not have a fitness center.

The hotel does not have a laundry service available to guests. There is a nearby store that offers a coin-operated self-service laundry. It is located next to the hotel entrance and has laundry and clothes drying machines. The establishment is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. The front desk staff can provide more information about this service.

The hotel has a fantastic entertainment service with activities for all ages both during the day and at night. Entertainment hours are from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm and from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

Yes, a Day Pass is available at the hotel. The conditions are as follows:

Price: 35€ adults/25€ children (2 to 11 years old).
Includes: use of the pools/water parks and lunch at the buffet restaurant with drinks included.
Not included: drinks and snacks at the pool bar or in our food truck (if the customer wants to enjoy drinks and snacks must pay separately).
Opening hours: Entrance from 10:00 to 19:00.

Check-in time to the room is from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage, enjoy our facilities and make the necessary arrangements at reception.

The check out time of the room is until 12:00 maximum. We have the option of a LATE CHECK OUT (until 14h) with a cost of 50€ per room. Late check out is always subject to hotel availability.

The cancellation conditions for your reservation can be viewed at any time during the booking process, and are also detailed in the booking confirmation that you will receive in your e-mail once your reservation is finalized.

In case you have booked through our official website, you can modify or cancel your reservation in the "Manage my reservation" section that you will find in the drop-down menu, by entering the name of the hotel, the email and the locator that appears in the booking confirmation. We have a buffet restaurant with show cooking that offers breakfast (8:00 to 10:00), lunch (13:00 to 14:30) and dinner (19:00 to 21:30).

In the buffet restaurant you will have water, juices, soft drinks, red, rosé and white wine, champagne, coffee and tea.

Our staff is qualified to offer food suitable for people with food intolerances or allergies. Just let us know in the comments of your reservation and/or directly at the hotel.

The pool bar is open from 10:00 to 23:30, and we also have a food truck and a self-service snack and beverage area.

Babies under 2 years old are considered infants. They have no additional cost.

From 2 to 10 years old is considered child rate. With 11 years and older, it is considered an adult rate.

Cradles are free. You have to request them in advance when making the reservation in the comments section or you can request it by email at recepcion.lanzarote@bakourhotels.com, specifying your name and booking locator.

We do not have heated pools (officially considered with water temperatures between 24 and 30 degrees). However, during the winter months we have our own system with solar panels that raise the water temperature of our pools to approximately 22-23 degrees, for the comfort of our customers.

Yes, the hotel offers towel service with a deposit of 10€, to be picked up at reception.

Yes, all three pools are saltwater pools.

Both the swimming pool and the water park open at 09:30 and close at 18:30.
